We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days using our returns center.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Please note, to protect the health & safety of our customers we do not accept returns on underwear products. There is a $5 CAD repackaging and restocking fee charged to all returns. This charge does not apply to exchanges.
International customers please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada.
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send detailed photos/videos of the defect to email@example.com. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
