Job Description: Outside Sales Representative
Northbound Gear is one of Canada’s fastest-growing outdoor clothing brands—with over 100,000 customers and catalog of proven best-selling products. Now, we’re expanding into retail stores across the country and we’re looking for experienced Sales Representatives to help us connect with retailers who share our love for adventure, sustainability, and high-performance gear.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent Northbound Gear in your region with professionalism and passion
- Showcase our gear and brand story to potential & existing retail partners
- Attend trade shows, retail visits, and industry events
- Share insights and feedback from the field with our internal team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally in apparel, outdoor, or sporting goods
- Existing network of retail contacts is a strong asset
- Great communicator with solid negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-starter who works independently and drives results
- A love for the outdoors and sustainability is a definite plus
