If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Defective Product?

Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send photo/video of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.

Returns/Exchanges:

You have 60 days to ship an item you would like to return/exchange from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. 

International customers please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada.

Please note:
to protect the health & safety of our customers we do not accept returns on underwear products.

Additional Requirements:

  • Inclusion of Freebies: When returning an item for a refund, it is important to include any freebies that were part of the original order. The absence of these items may affect the eligibility of your return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the refund a number of days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.

There is a $5 repackaging and restocking fee applied to all returns.

Please note you will not be eligible for a return/exchange if you do not ship the product back within 60 days from date of receipt.

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for the return of any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the $5 restocking and repackaging fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
