Northbound Gear Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Northbound Gear.

We are confident you will love our gear, as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to ship an item you would like to either refund or exchange from the day you received it at your own shipping expense.

International customers please note that returns will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of your parcel showing as delivered to our warehouse, however we ask to please allow up to 5 business days in case of higher volumes. Please note shipping costs are non refundable.

How can I determine my eligibility for returns?

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. ( Items without tags or with re-attached tags are not returnable and exchanges/refunds will not be honored)

Non-Returnable items:

We do not accept returns on clearance items. Also, the following products for sanitary concerns:

 2. "StayDry" 100% Waterproof Socks
 3. "The Boxer" Brief
 4. Water-Resistant Cap with Reflective "N"

Defective product?

Please send photo/video of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.

For defective items, we do not refund them but we will let you keep them where you have the option to repair plus we'll send you a brand new replacement immediately.

What Happens After We Received Your Return Request?

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you as to the status of your return request after inspecting the item.

Refund:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund a number of days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.

There is a $5 repackaging and restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

When returning an item for a refund, it is important to include any freebies that were part of the original order. Not including the freebies items may affect the eligibility of your return.
