Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Northbound Gear.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns/Exchanges:
You have 30 days to return/exchange an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, you item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the refund a number of days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for the return of any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If a refund is issued, the shipping costs for the purchase will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Defective Product:
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send photo/video of the defects to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
