How much is Shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders!*

*Please note shipping charges may apply to the following countries: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czechia, Greenland, Jersey, Iceland, Romania & Lithuania. Any charge will be automatically added at checkout prior to purchase. Additionally, post offices in remote areas such as Isle of Man, Gotland Sweden and Šibenik Croatia may request additional fees.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses
    • Please double check that the shipping address entered is correct.
    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending.

    When can I expect to receive my order?

    • Once your order has been received, it will be fulfilled within 48 hours in preparation for shipment. 
    • Customers from Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom can expect to receive their items 10-21 days from purchase, but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare cases.
    • Customers outside of the above mentioned countries or from the following regions: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico; can expect to receive their orders 11-22 days from purchase, but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare cases.

    International Shipping

    • Northbound Gear does offer international shipping. Normal shipping times are 10-21 days, but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare cases.
    Expedited Shipment 
    • For expedited shipping requests, please contact our customer support directly for assistance.
    • Please be aware that additional charges may apply, depending on the shipping location and the number of items.
    • Estimated shipping times for this request are 5-8 business days.
      Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
      • Northbound Gear does ship to P.O boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
      Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
      • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
      • The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes

      • Northbound Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
      • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
