Do your products fit true to size?

Northbound products fit true to size. We use a standard US sizes. Each product page has a product specific size chart on the and some include a brief description of the fit with recommendations for sizing up or down if applicable.

What is your return policy?

Return within 60 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached. Shipping is non-refundable and a $5 repackaging/restocking fee may apply.

U.S. Tariff Notice (Temporary): We’re a Canadian brand. If a U.S. order is later returned to Canada, Canadian Customs may assess import duties/tariffs on that inbound parcel. These charges are set by Canadian Customs (currently ~50%)and are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Normal shipping times are 10–21 days, but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare occasions.

How tough/durable are your products?

All of our products are designed for adventure. They are made of the highest quality materials, are tear-resistant, and feature reinforced stitching. We pride ourselves on the endurance of our garments making them hard wearing sustainable gear..

What if my order doesn't fit right?

Return them to us, no questions asked, and we will send you the size you want.

What if I don't see my size in stock?

We're always adding more sizes. If your size is out of stock, click the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button and we will email you when it's back in stock.

Do your products shrink after washing?

If there is any shrinkage, it is minimal. We recommend ordering your true size.

What currency are orders processed in?

Prices are displayed in your local currency, but orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.

You can change the displayed currency by selecting it from the dropdown in the footer at the bottom of the page.

How can I apply a discount code during checkout?

To apply a discount code, enter it in the designated field below the added items during checkout.

The discount will be deducted from your total order automatically before finalizing your purchase.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

We have a "One Discount" policy. You can use one discount or promo offer per order, but multiple codes or offers cannot be stacked.
