Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
It’s normal for tracking information to take time to update—most orders are visible in the tracker within 24-48 hours but in rare cases it may take up to a week before it appears in the system. Rest assured, your order is on its way!
How long does shipping take?
We ship factory direct. Typically, our shipping times range from 10-21 days, but there are some rare cases where it may take up to 4 weeks.
Why is my package delayed?
Your package has been shipped and is on the way, but sometimes packages may experience a delay in updates due to factors on the carrier’s end. This can happen occasionally with international shipments, customs processing, poor weather, or high-volume periods, like the holiday season.
My package was returned—what happens now?
If your package was returned, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Reach out to us at info@northboundgear.co with your order number and we will process a reshipment for you. Once it’s on the way again, we’ll send you the new tracking number.
My package was lost in transit.
