- Men’s Pants: Measure your waist at its fullest part, and inseam from the crotch to the ankle.
- Women’s Pants: Measure your waist near the navel, hips around the fullest part, and inseam from the crotch to the ankle.
- Jackets & Hoodies: Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust and sleeves from shoulder seam to wrist.

We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days. Before proceeding, take a moment to read the important information below.
Return and Exchange Eligibility:
- Condition of Item: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging and Tags: It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-returnable items:
- We do not accept returns on clearance items. Also, the following products due to sanitary concerns:

Defective Product?
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send detailed photos/videos of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
