We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days. Before proceeding, take a moment to read the important information below.
Return and Exchange Eligibility:

Condition of Item: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging and Tags: It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-returnable items:
- We do not accept returns on clearance items. Also, the following products due to sanitary concerns:
1. Winter Knit Cotton "Beanie"
2. "StayDry" 100% Waterproof Socks
3. "The Boxer" Brief
4. Water-Resistant Cap with Reflective "N"

Inclusion of Freebies: When returning an item for a refund, it is important to include any freebies that were part of the original order. The absence of these items may affect the eligibility of your return.

There is a $5 CAD repackaging and restocking fee charged to all returns. This charge does not apply to exchanges.
International customers please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada.
Defective Product?
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send detailed photos/videos of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
