We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days. Before proceeding, take a moment to read the important information below.
 
Return and Exchange Eligibility:
- Condition of Item: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging and Tags: It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-returnable items:
- We do not accept returns on clearance items. Also, the following products due to sanitary concerns:

Additional Requirements:
- Inclusion of Freebies: When returning an item for a refund, it is important to include any freebies that were part of the original order. The absence of these items may affect the eligibility of your return.

Defective Product?
Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send detailed photos/videos of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
