Why hasnât my tracking updated?
Itâs normal for tracking information to take time to updateâmost orders are visible in the tracker within 24-48 hours but in rare cases it may take up to a week before it appears in the system. Rest assured, your order is on its way!
How long does shipping take?
We ship factory direct. Typically, our shipping times range from 10-21 days, but there are some rare cases where it may take up to 4 weeks.

Your package has been shipped and is on the way, but sometimes packages may experience a delay in updates due to factors on the carrierâs end. This can happen occasionally with international shipments, customs processing, poor weather, or high-volume periods, like the holiday season.
