What's the difference between waterproof and water-resistant?
The materials we use for our products are water resistant and considered “everyday waterproof”, which means although it's not 100% waterproof, it is protective enough for everyday situations, such as being out in the rain or snow, but not completely submerged underwater for a prolonged period of time.

My size is out of stock, when will you be getting more?
For the most up to date time-frames for restocking, simply click the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button on the right side of the product description. Once the item comes back in stock, you will be notified right away via email/SMS

How much do the pants weigh?
The pants weigh around 560g depending on the size.

We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days using our returns center.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached.

There is a $5 CAD repackaging and restocking fee charged to all returns. This charge does not apply to exchanges.

International customers please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada.

Defective Product?

Defective items do not need to be returned and will be replaced. Please send detailed photos/videos of the defect to info@northboundgear.co. We will review the photos and issue a replacement once we verify the defect.
